Thank you for shopping at L’Objé! By placing an order on this website or when dealing with our customer support team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All orders received are subject to acceptance by L’Objé and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned . We also do not accept products that are handcrafted, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Since the final point of sale is made via L’Objé, no supplier, manufacturer, or partner to L’Objé will be required to accept or exchange any returned goods.

ORDER CHANGES POLICY

If you wish to change your order, please contact us via WhatsApp (on 5825 1799) or you may simply call us on 5825 1799 to do so. We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 24 hours before dispatch. During exceptionally busy seasons like Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee to accept order changes within 96 hours of the intended delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended shipment/delivery date. If you wish to change your order, please contact us via WhatsApp on 5825 1799 or you may simply call us on 5825 1799 to do so. During exceptionally busy seasons like Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee to accept order cancellations within 96 hours of the intended delivery date. In the event of return or cancellation, we will provide refund as a store credit except for items bought on sale which are not eligible for any refunds.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Any claim concerning an order which includes the delivery of flowers or food items must, since it concerns perishable products, be formulated at the latest within 24 (twenty four) hours after the delivery of the product. Any claim concerning the delivery of other items must also be made at the latest within 2 (two) days after the date of delivery of the product.

Any return accepted by L’Objé, due to an apparent defect or the non-conformity of the product delivered, which shall be noted by the seller, enables the buyer to receive a free replacement or a credit voucher, to the exclusion of any other compensation, damages or interest. The product(s) must be returned by the buyer in the original packaging and within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product(s) returned must be new, unused and in the original box, perfectly intact.

COUPONS/GIFT CARDS

We only allow one coupon/gift card to be used per order. The coupon discount will be applied to the product cost and not the delivery charges.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION

All of our flowers, floral arrangements and flower bouquets are subject to availability. In the event of flowers non-availability, we reserve the right to replace the flowers with similar ones, but composition will be done in the similar style.

NOTE ON HANDCRAFTED CREATIONS

Before placing an order please note that our photos are a representation of the original artwork or floral creation design. Variations in colour, shading, texture, shape and grain are inherent in any handcrafted item, especially those with hand-fused glass elements. Furthermore, each and every creation is unique and may vary slightly when compared to the original image. This also means that every handcrafted creation you purchase is indeed one-of-a-kind.

All of the creations sold at L’Objé are made in limited quantities, custom-made and they are considered collectible items. This includes original artwork such as paintings, original artist sketch books, custom apparel or anything deemed handcrafted. As such, it is important to note that these items are not refundable. With this in mind, rest assured that we strive to ensure great customer satisfaction with every purchase and thereby pledge to do our upmost best to offer and deliver an amazing customer experience. Therefore, in an unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or such is deemed either damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to report this directly to the delivery driver or simply call us by via WhatsApp (on 5825 1799) or you may simply call us on 5825 1799 immediately upon delivery to give us the opportunity to rectify and a solution as quickly as possible.
